I received a photo access card with a code. How do I order photos?
Click on "Access Your Photos" in the menu. Enter the access code from your card and click "Open Album". You can then view and order your photos.
I received an email with login details. What should I do?
Click the button in the email. You will be redirected to the login page. Enter your email address and the password from the email. You will then see your photos.
How do I redeem my voucher?
A valid voucher is automatically applied in your cart. You don't need to enter a code.
Can I adjust the image crop?
Yes, you can change the crop in the shopping cart. If you crop the image, the selected area will be enlarged. Stars will indicate whether the image quality is sufficient for the chosen format. You can also choose to display the full image without cropping.
Will the watermark be removed from the photo? Yes. The watermark is only shown in previews. It is automatically removed when you order the photo (download or print).
How can I order the yearbook from my school?
If a yearbook is available for your child’s school, you will find it listed as a single product under "Bundle" and in the "Individual Products" section. It is not part of the bundle and can be ordered separately.
The yearbook was not included in my delivery – when will I receive it? If you ordered a yearbook and your school offers one through us, it will not be shipped by post. Instead, it will be distributed directly by the school a short time after the photo delivery.
What does "Select School ID Photo" mean? Within the first two weeks after picture day, you can select your child’s school ID photo – but only if your school uses our ID service. If not, this feature is disabled.
Please select a classic portrait photo: your child's face and shoulders should be clearly visible. No poses, movement, or strong expressions. A friendly, neutral look is ideal.
Please don’t choose a full-body or posed image! Such photos are not suitable for IDs because the face appears too small.
What is the photo and product quality like? We work with professional photo labs using high-quality materials. If there is an issue with your order, we will take care of it immediately.
Can portraits be used as passport photos? School portraits are meant to capture cheerful memories – a smiling photo is encouraged! For official IDs, strict rules apply (e.g., neutral expressions). Therefore, school portraits are not usually accepted as passport photos. However, we offer the option to take biometric passport photos during a break at every photo session.
Can I order photos of multiple children together? Yes! On the login page, click "Add Another Access Code". You can enter up to five codes at once to view all albums together and save on shipping.
Can I change products in the cart? Yes. You can adjust the product and format for each photo in your cart.
How do I track my order status? Click the link in your order confirmation email or log in using your email and password. Under "My Orders" you will see the full order status.
How long is the delivery time? Production starts immediately after payment. Digital downloads are available right after payment. For printed products, delivery time depends on the selected item and shipping method. Typically, you will receive your order within a few business days.
One of my products arrived damaged – what should I do? Please contact us immediately. Send us a photo of the damaged product along with your order number via email or our contact form. We’ll resolve the issue quickly.
I didn’t receive an email – what now? Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can’t find the email, contact us directly and we’ll help you.
I lost my access code – what can I do? Normally, your school gives you the code (on a card or by email). If you can’t find it, please contact us and we’ll check how we can help.
Can other parents see my child’s photos? No. Your child’s portraits are only accessible via your personal, password-protected access code.
Group/class photos are visible to all parents in the same class so that everyone can order a shared memory photo.
Protecting your child’s data – especially portraits – is a top priority for us.
